We hold the rights of any contents (including but not limited to website name and domain, logos and trademarks, photos) in this website.
PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the seller’s website baubauwall.com. All prices are in euros and include packaging costs, shipping costs, VAT (European Union member states) and other price components. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the price list. If the price of the product is displayed incorrectly due to a photo or typographical error, we have the right to withdraw from the transaction or cancel the order for the product displayed incorrectly. Info about the products and the prices of the products sold on baubauwall.com are indicated next to the products.
We support the following payment methods: credit card, bank links. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for more information.
PLACING AN ORDER & DELIVERY
At baubauwall.com – select the suitable wallpaper, insert the measurements of your wall and the system calculates the pricing. Add the order to your shopping cart to purchase them. After checking out, the total cost is then displayed on the screen. Your purchase can be paid for by bank links or credit card. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store baubauwall.com. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to material running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the notification.
Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 7 working days from entry into force of the contract of sale. Delivery outside the European Union will take place within 10 working days after the entry into force of the sales contract. Orders placed outside the European Union may be subject to local customs and import duties. The buyer is solely responsible for these taxes and fees. The amount of the fee varies from country to country, please check with the customs office of destination for more information on applicable taxes and fees.
Wallpapers ordered from the baubauwall.com are printed according to the dimensions provided by the customer, ie all our wallpapers are individual customer-based, special products made to order.
Nevertheless, we accept your return if for some reason (oh, and we are so sorry to hear that!) you do not want the purchased wallpaper. You can withdraw within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. The returned wallpaper must be unmounted, with no cuts, stains or added elements.
If the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (for example, incorrect pattern, photo, dimensions do not match the ones entered by the customer or defective product), which is due to the seller’s quality defect, please contact: email@example.com and then send faulty merchandise back to Baubauwall, Paavli 1, Tallinn 10412, Estonia. Following notification of the return of the goods, we will replace or reimburse the cost of the goods and shipping costs immediately, but not later than 30 days after the cancellation of the order. The cost of the goods will not be reimbursed until the defective product has been returned to our office or we have received a written notice of its shipment. The returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our office, so please keep all documents.
The seller is liable for non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. It is the Seller’s responsibility to rebut the respective presumption. The buyer can contact our team within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +372 660 3322. Always check that the product meets your expectations before assembly! Wallpaper assembly costs will not be reimbursed if you report a defect. If you ordered wallpaper, the easiest way to check is to cut the strips and place them alongside each other.
Baubauwall.com is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the baubauwall.com have defects for which the seller is responsible, the seller will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, all fees associated with the sales contract will be refunded to the buyer.
Baubauwall.com will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 working days.
LICENSE AND USE OF SITE
You should assume everything on our site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted. You are free to use the content of our website only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes provided you do not modify it and provided you retain all copyrights and other proprietary notices contained in the content. The content of our website, whether in whole or in part, may not be sold, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
DIRECT MARKETING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The seller uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The seller transfers personal data to the companies providing the transport service to deliver the goods to the buyer.
The seller’s ordering platform baubauwall.com will send the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has agreed so by entering his/her e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to his/her e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the direct marketing e-mail.
If the buyer has any claims regarding the seller’s goods, they must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com or by phone: +372 660 3322. If the buyer and the seller are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (Estonia). The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between a buyer and a seller. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
