Return & Refunds
Wallpapers ordered from the baubauwall.com are printed according to the dimensions provided by the customer, ie all our wallpapers are individual customer-based, special products made to order.
Nevertheless, we accept your return if for some reason (oh, and we are so sorry to hear that!) you do not want the purchased wallpaper. You can withdraw within 14 days from the day of receiving the product. The returned wallpaper must be unmounted, with no cuts, stains or added elements. NB! We do not refund Custom Wallpaper (Upload your own image) products, unless the reason of a return is faulty goods, caused by the producer.
Contact us at email@example.com to let us know you’d want to return a product and we’ll arrange for shipping and pay for it. Please note that there may be some return costs, which we will advise you about when you contact us. Alternatively, you have the option of arranging your own return shipping. If this is the case, we will not be responsible for the delivery and will not issue a refund until the product is received. In addition, if you organize your own delivery, we will not reimburse any shipping costs. The shipping address: Baubauwall, Paavli 1, Tallinn 10412, Estonia.
Within 30 days of receiving the wallpaper in return, we will reimburse you the entire amount spent. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method that you used when completing the purchase at baubauwall.com
If the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (for example, incorrect pattern, photo, dimensions do not match the ones entered by the customer or defective product), which is due to the seller’s quality defect, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org and then send faulty merchandise back to Baubauwall, Paavli 1, Tallinn 10412, Estonia. Following notification of the return of the goods, we will replace or reimburse the cost of the goods and shipping costs immediately, but not later than 30 days after the cancellation of the order. The cost of the goods will not be reimbursed until the defective product has been returned to our office or we have received a written notice of its shipment. The returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our office, so please keep all documents.
