Silver Medal to Creative Wallpapering!

Where there is creativity, design and innovation, there is also Estonia’s first digital wallpaper company! Baubauwall Wallpapers participated at the Creative Business Cup Estonia with its innovative idea and won the II prize!

The Creative Business Cup

Total of 7 companies made it to the Estonian finals for pitching, from which the top 3 were selected. The winner was Audio Cat, that develops audiogames for the visually impaired. The silver medal went to Baubauwall Wallpapers, and the third to Sortaider, known for waste sorting solutions. The top three will travel to Copenhagen at the beginning of June 2024 for the Creative Business Cup, where a competition between startups and creative enterprises will take place with the participation of 80 countries.

The Pitch

All participants had to pitch their business idea to the jury within 3 minutes, clearly state the content, problem and solution. “You only have 3 minutes to deliver your message, to inspire and make it infectious in a good sense. To do that, is clearly a challenge for yourself. I am so happy that our wallpaper business idea impressed the jury and I can take some of Estonian design to Denmark in June!”, commented Anna-Kai Tõrs, Baubauwall Wallpapers Business Development Manager.

Baubauwall’s environmentally friendly approach and concept of zero waste in the world of wallpaper caught also the attention of Beamline Accelerator, whose special prize we received in the form of mentorship.
