Bring the tropics to your walls, no passport needed!

There’s something magical about tropical wallpaper. It’s bold, lush, and undeniably charming, bringing a sense of adventure to any room. But what makes ours truly special isn’t just the design – it’s the story behind it.
Where old books meet new walls
Some of our tropical wall murals started their journey in dusty 19th-century botanical books and vintage illustrations. Back then, naturalists and artists painstakingly sketched and painted the wonders of the jungle. Fast forward to today, and we’re giving these forgotten treasures a fresh purpose.
We carefully restored these illustrations, enhancing every leaf, vine, and flower while preserving their vintage charm. Then, we enlarge them to mural proportions – think wall-sized works of art where every detail stands out. The result? A stunning fusion of history and design that turns your wall into a conversation starter.
Take, for example, our Hymn of Hummingbirds mural. This panoramic wallpaper began as a historic 19th-century book The Temple of Flora illustration by Philip Reinagle (1743-1833). He was a renown Biritish painter, who´s works were celebrated for his detailed depictions of flora and fauna. The Hymn of Hummingbirds It features blooming Calliandra houstoniana flowers – also known as Mimosa Grandiflora (isn’t that the most beautiful plant name?) – set against a picturesque hilly landscape. Delicate hummingbirds flutter gracefully among the vibrant flowers. Today, the wallpaper is available both in sepia beige and in full colour.

Tropical style: forever in fashion
Let’s clear something up: tropical wallpaper isn’t just for beach houses or warm climates. In fact, it’s the perfect antidote to cold, gray days. Picture this: a lush jungle mural in your living room while snow falls outside. It’s like your walls decided to go on vacation without asking – and took you along for the ride!
Whether it’s vibrant palm leaves or elegant florals, tropical wall murals never go out of style. They bring a sense of elegance to any space, whether you’re in a city apartment or a countryside house.
How to style your tropical escape
Adding a tropical wall mural doesn’t mean turning your home into a rainforest retreat. It’s all about balance. Here’s how to make it work with your modern interior:
- Let the wall be the star: use the wallpaper just for the feature wall. Keep furniture and accessories neutral. Think soft greys, whites, or beiges that let the wall mural do all the talking.
- Add natural textures: Pair the feature wall wallpaper with rattan chairs, woven baskets, or wooden accents. These little touches echo the natural theme without going overboard.
- Layer in greenery: A few potted plants an make the mural feel like it’s part of a lush indoor garden.
